The look can be traditional or contemporary. Roman, roller, vertical, venetian or traditional curtains are all made to a high specification using high quality materials and fabrics. Complete customer satisfaction is my priority. At every stage of this process my aim is to provide helpful and professional advice which will help transform your room into one with individuality and character.
About
I spent 4 years living in the south-west of France where I developed my curtain making business. To begin with, my clients were a mixture of both French and English, mainly in the Hautes-Pyrenees region of France. My interest in sewing started at 10 years old when my mother taught me to sew on an old Bernina sewing machine. This early interest developed into making simple clothes and more elaborate designs including the odd wedding dress! Over the years this gravitated to interior design and then window treatments in particular. When it came to my own home I could never find what I wanted in the shops. When I did see something I liked, I was often disappointed by the quality of the workmanship. It kind of started from there…
I can help you utterly transform any room, helping you put your personal stamp on the design. It is fantastic how window treatments can simply refresh and uplift a room. My recent work has included a public house, several large residences and apartments, as well as a home in northern France. I have also done single window dressings and door curtains. I have 15 years experience of in the home furnishing business and hundreds of satisfied customers. I am based in Whitstable but work across the whole of East Kent.
